"We Are Better Together."

The founding of WNAVA is the fulfillment of a personal dream. As CEO and Founder, my passion lies in equipping and empowering individuals, particularly those who are marginalized yet brimming with potential. This mission is deeply personal—it's my own story. I have transcended numerous generational and social barriers, which inspires me to champion those hidden gems among us. They just need someone to see into their hidden potential, believe in them, and offer a lifeline to unlock their possibilities. With over thirty years of ministry leadership, 25 years of corporate experience, a background in business administration, a theological degree, numerous community leadership and service awards, and a compassionate heart, I am well-equipped to empower those seeking a "hand up."

As the parent of two married adult daughters and four grandchildren, who affectionately call me “Darlin,” I believe every family deserves a legacy of generational progress. Join me in this vital endeavor to transform lives and build a brighter future through We Need A Village Again – We Are Better Together!
